Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BridgeAgent website at bridgeagent.app, the BridgeAgent waitlist, and the BridgeAgent desktop app (together, the “Service”), operated by BridgeMind (bridgemind.ai). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

BridgeAgent is a desktop application: an agent that plans, writes, ships, and fixes software in a recursive loop. The website exists to describe the product and collect waitlist signups. Access is currently limited and granted in batches; joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a timeline, or any particular features.

2. The waitlist

When you submit your email you confirm it's yours and you agree to receive access and product emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may remove entries that look automated, abusive, or fraudulent.

3. Bring your own keys

BridgeAgent connects to third-party AI providers using API keys you supply (BYOK). You are responsible for:

• obtaining those keys legitimately and keeping them secure on your machine;
• all usage and charges the providers bill against your keys, including usage initiated by the agent on your behalf;
• complying with each provider's terms (for example OpenAI, Groq, and OpenRouter).

We are not a party to your agreements with AI providers and have no control over their pricing, availability, or output.

4. Your code and content

You own your code. Anything BridgeAgent generates in your projects is yours to use, and we claim no rights to it. You're responsible for reviewing what the agent produces before you rely on it— autonomous software still ships under your name.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• build, distribute, or operate malware or attacks;
• probe, overload, or circumvent the security of our systems, including the waitlist and its bot protection;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our permission.

6. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the BridgeAgent desktop app. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app except where the law says we can't stop you.

7. Voice features

Voice features transmit audio through BridgeAgent servers to third-party AI providers for transcription, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using voice features you consent to that processing.

8. Early access software

BridgeAgent is early. Features will change, break, and occasionally rewrite themselves—that's the product. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that agent output is correct, secure, or fit for production. Review before you ship.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BridgeMind harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including AI provider terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) survive termination.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BridgeMind is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes get a new “Last updated” date on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
